📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and implement sustainable farming practices across multiple villages in Bali.
• Work closely with local farmers to provide technical guidance and support in crop management, soil health, and water conservation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of farming practices, ensuring compliance with Nestlé's sustainability standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate farmers on sustainable agriculture techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sustainable practices are integrated into the broader supply chain.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in sustainable agriculture practices.
• Represent Nestlé at local and regional agricultural events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, with a strong focus on crop management and soil health.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainable farming practices in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of local agricultural practices and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with farmers and community leaders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with GIS and other agricultural software tools.
• Ability to travel extensively within Bali and to other regions as needed.
