📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain food quality and availability.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Restaurant Manager.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Plan and organize special events, promotions, and menus to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
