📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
• Lead a team of medical technologists and support staff, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret diagnostic results and provide expert medical advice.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in laboratory medicine and implement new technologies and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those from the Indonesian Ministry of Health and international accreditation bodies.
• Manage inventory and procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment.
• Represent the laboratory at medical conferences and professional meetings to share knowledge and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within a clinical laboratory setting.
• Certification from the Indonesian Medical Technologist Association (IMTA) or equivalent international certification.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic health records (EHR).
• Proven track record of improving laboratory efficiency and reducing turnaround times.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and laboratory staff.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements for clinical laboratories.
