📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the company's compliance with OJK and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and implement corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with GCG principles.
• Coordinate with the Board of Directors, management, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and their impact on the company's operations.
• Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance and GCG for employees.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of corporate records and disclosures.
• Assist in the preparation of corporate reports and disclosures for regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with external auditors and legal counsel to address compliance issues and risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of OJK regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Professional certification in corporate governance and compliance, such as CGC (Certified in Governance and Compliance) or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
