📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative concepts for nightlife events, ensuring they align with the brand’s vision and guest expectations.
• Oversee the coordination of live performances, including booking and managing artists, DJs, and other entertainment talent.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and enhance guest engagement through social media and other channels.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and staff scheduling, to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze event performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, refining future events accordingly.
• Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to innovate and elevate the entertainment offerings.
• Represent Chug And Roo'S at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen the brand’s reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Entertainment Manager or similar role in the nightlife or events industry, preferably in Bali or a dynamic international setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful event planning and creative execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• A passion for Bali’s culture and a deep understanding of the local nightlife scene.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every event meets high standards of quality and innovation.
