📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Support the management team with HR-related decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Experience in a financial services or banking environment is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
