In this role, you will daily engage with customers, providing expert advice on DENZA's range of electric vehicles, from the sleek and efficient DENZA N3 to the spacious and luxurious DENZA N7. You will use our advanced sales tools and CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to determine their needs and recommend the best DENZA vehicle options.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
• Assist customers with the purchasing process, including test drives, paperwork, and financing options.
• Use our CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on DENZA's product range and industry trends to provide accurate and valuable advice.
• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong knowledge of DENZA's product range and features.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
