Sentosa Finance is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various operational activities to ensure the smooth running of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of operational tasks and projects.,Maintain and update operational documentation and records.,Support the operations team in managing and optimizing processes.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational decision-making.,Assist in the planning and organization of operational events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
