📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.,Implement and monitor inventory control policies and procedures.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making and improve warehouse efficiency.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Proficient in using warehouse management software and systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus.
