📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials.,Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training and evaluation methodologies.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of HRIS systems and training management software is a plus.
