📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare food according to recipes and specifications.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and methods.
