In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and coordinate the work of the clinic staff, including doctors, dentists, and support staff.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
