Hokian Fitri Coffee is looking for a passionate Outlet Staff to join our team. As an Outlet Staff, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in our physical store and remotely. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both online and in-store customers.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Stock and organize products to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Promote our brand and products to attract new customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using office software.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model, combining in-store and remote tasks.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
