📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and guide junior technical writers on the team,Contribute to the development of technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and communication skills,Familiarity with software development processes and tools,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
