📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products.,Managing a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.,Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations.,Maintaining accurate records of all logistics activities and preparing reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and improving efficiency.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Ability to drive and operate logistics vehicles.
