📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the transportation services.
  • Ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor the operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle any operational issues or challenges that arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
