📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.,Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
