📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documents,Assist in the planning and implementation of operational strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus
