📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
