Zone City Group is looking for a dedicated Crew Store to join our team. This is a remote position, but you will be based in Salatiga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and addressing any concerns.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, floors, and restrooms.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to ensure smooth store operations.,Promote store products and special offers to customers.,Handle cash handling and banking duties, including balancing the cash register and reconciling bank deposits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail or store environment is a plus.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
