📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
