📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our luxury property developments.,Identify and target potential clients, both locally and internationally, through various marketing channels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury property market.,Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, social media marketing, and event planning.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the development team to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect the project's features and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the luxury property or real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the luxury property market and trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
