This is a full-time position located in various areas of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to sales team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for sales team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
