📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and drive the HR modernization and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are technology-enabled and employee-centric.,Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using digital tools and platforms.,Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, using digital solutions.,Enhance employee engagement through the use of digital platforms and tools.,Provide HR consulting and advisory services to business units, supporting their HR needs and challenges.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR digital initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends, with a focus on digital transformation.,Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technology tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
