Express Sun Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to meet those needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify and address learning and development needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.
