📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the planning and execution of travel tours and packages.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and travel partners to ensure smooth operations.,Manage itineraries, schedules, and logistics for tours.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on tour performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Manage the tour operations team and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tour operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of travel industry operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using travel management systems and software.,Familiarity with local regulations and customs of the destinations served.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
