📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Manage and mentor a team of retail staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with retail software and tools, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and sales analytics tools.
