• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on contract performance and compliance.
• Work closely with the sales, procurement, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract management.
• Provide training and support to other teams on contract management and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using contract management software such as PandaDoc and DocuSign.
• Experience in the oil and fats industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
