Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment and selection process, working with internal stakeholders to identify and attract top talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Work with the finance team to manage HR costs and budgets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and payroll management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
