📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and maintain public areas of luxury villas, ensuring they meet high standards of aesthetics and functionality.
  • Oversee engineering projects related to villa infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Inspect and maintain existing infrastructure to prevent issues and ensure safety.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for public areas and engineering systems.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency in the overall villa aesthetic.
  • Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of public areas and engineering systems.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Area Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public area management and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with luxury villa standards and guest experience expectations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
