📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Write compelling copy for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
• Edit and enhance video footage to create polished and professional final products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and video editing.
• Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the development of training materials and resources for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Video Editor, preferably in the digital marketing or creative industry.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your best work in content creation and video editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media platforms and understanding of their algorithms.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
