Based in Bali, you'll be working remotely while supporting our operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Fleet Operations Officer (Telecom), you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. You'll work closely with our drivers and maintenance teams to streamline operations and improve overall performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.
• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to schedule and perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement route optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Track and manage vehicle usage, including mileage and maintenance records.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of fleet management with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with fleet management software such as Geotab, Fleet Complete, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the telecom industry is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
