📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Monitor and optimize material requirements to minimize inventory costs
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
• Lead workshop operations, including maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency
• Conduct regular performance reviews of production teams
• Resolve production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the metalworking industry
• Proven experience as a PPIC Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and production planning software
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
