📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Lillipods Preschool and its programs.
• Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and our website using tools like Canva and Mailchimp.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Organize and participate in community events and activities to build relationships with families and local partners.
• Collaborate with the teaching staff to gather insights and create content that highlights the unique aspects of our preschool.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and digital marketing.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or community engagement, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven experience in creating and managing social media content.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for early childhood education.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
