📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
  • Drive operational improvements and efficiencies in the Tech Ops & Programs team.
  • Support the development and maintenance of operational systems and tools.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies and plans.
  • Provide operational support to the NextStay team and other Airbnb teams as needed.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the smooth operation of systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology and operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technology or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with operational systems and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Passion for technology and operations, and a desire to make a significant impact on Airbnb's guest experience.
