📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient logistics and supply chain processes.
• Analyze and optimize operations to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Utilize advanced tools and technologies such as SAP, Oracle, and other industry-leading software to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
