• Ensure compliance with Home Credit's policies and procedures related to collection and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of collection processes and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
