📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional Indonesian recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
• Work efficiently in a team environment, following kitchen procedures and recipes.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of kitchen supplies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Contribute to menu planning and seasonal specials.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.
• Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully to meet guest expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine, with experience in preparing Nasi Goreng, Rendang, and other traditional dishes.
• Familiarity with international cuisine, including Western and Asian dishes.
• Proficiency in using commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid food handling certificate and knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
• Friendly and customer-service oriented attitude.
