🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Certification in automation technologies, such as PLC programming or SCADA systems.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of maintenance operators.
