📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Providing legal support to various departments and teams
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Assisting in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
- Representing the company in legal matters and negotiations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficient in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
